Can we talk about how on point Lauren is? Seriously, does she ever have a bad outfit or hair day? I was always envious of girls that manage to look completely pulled together every single day. I can hardly manage to apply makeup once a week. Anyway I am completely in love with her whole wardrobe, particularly her Elizabeth and James items. How do you guys feel about Miss LC?
I came across this website the other day while reading In Style magazine at my hair salon. It was mentioned as being the most helpful site for woman buying jeans online, but the site itself doesn’t actually sell jeans. What Zafu does is…ask you few simple questions and use your answers to recommend clothes and brands that will fit you best.
Check it out, and let me know if it’s affective as they claim. I could really use an excuse to buy a new pair of jeans.
I’m heading to The Brimfield Flea Market today. I had originally planed to go yesterday, But my super busy stylist at Scissors in Shrewsbury (shameless plug) had a cancellation so I chose to pay a visit to her instead. I was long over due for a hair cut, but I wanted to make sure I had over 10 inches, so I could donate it to Locks of Love.
Hello lovelies, I hope everyone spoiled their mothers on Sunday.
The Punky household had a very productive weekend. We had a lovely dinner at the Stockyard in Boston on Friday night. I went thrifting and found a bunch of fun items for the store and some for myself of course (although kyle is questioning my need for Doc Marten style combat boots). I ran in to my aunt at Savers and she was looking for any AE, AF or Hollister items for her teenage daughter. Which I happen to have a ton of (I hang on to my clothes from high school just to make sure I still fit in to them). I spent Saturday sorting through my clothes that were in storage and pulling out everything I thought my teenage cousin would like. And while I was doing that kyle was installing shelfs in my closet (I took some before, during and after pictures). Sunday we took my mom out to lunch and then spent the day at my grams with the rest of the family.

I hope you’re ready for bundles of outfit pictures…Kyle gave me a portable tripod (my old one was to bulky and heavy to carry around). I think he grew tired of taking pictures of my outfits or tired of hearing me say “do it again, you didn’t get my shoes”. He is much happier on the couch playing Grand Theft Auto 4. Seriously, is every boy in the world obsessed with this game or what? Anyway, tonight we are heading to Boston with friends for some shopping and dinner. Let’s just hope I don’t spend all my mothers days gift money at H&M.
P.S. Is anyone else really worried about Agathe from StyleBytes…Where the heck is she?
I spent the majority of yesterday afternoon in the hammock with this book. I think I would have spent the rest of the evening there as well, if Kyle didn’t offer to take the dog and I out for ice cream sundaes.
Bostons only weekly outdoor artesian market opens next weekend. SoWa hosts a wide variety of vendors, whether you’re looking for hand-crafted accessories, original art, antiques or just a fresh loaf of bread, you’ll find painters, sculptors, photographers, clothing and jewelry designers, milliners, handbag designers, house wares, antique dealers, florists, bakers, local farmer’s produce, and much more every week!
Which one of my friends wants to go with me on the 18th?
I’m in the mist of very special and top secret events for Kyle’s birthday (which is today…happy birthday babe), But I wanted to post about this website before I forgot.
Worth While is a shop on King street in Charleston, South Carolina, But they have the sweetest little online store. It’s good thing I no longer own credit cards, because I would have purchased all of the dresses above.
The Henn House is a upscale indoor yard sale in Massachusetts that is open only the last full weekend of every month. I have always dreamed of doing something like this (but with clothes of course).

I wore this outfit to friends wedding last night. The ceremony was beautiful, and Kyle and I met another couple that could cut a rug almost as well as we can. I’m really surprised I made it through hours of dance fighting in those heels.
How often do find yourself getting obsessed over the strangest little things? I do it all the time. Last week it was tie dye, this week the two finger ring. I don’t know why I find it so desirable. It’s sort of sweet but still a little rock and roll. Does anyone have one of these?
Personalized Boutique makes a pretty rad name plate ring, or should I go the classy route and get this one from etsy?
You know the drill (comment on the post for a chance to win.) The winner will receive this Vintage Silver Purse. A name will be drawn on April 30th 2008. Good Luck and don’t forget to tell your friends.
