Hello lovelies, I hope you all had a beautiful and stylish weekend. My weekend was spent in old Juicy velour sweats, installing solar powered yard lights and digging holes for this pretty baby. I really hope our next Sunday project is a hot tub.

Yesterday was such a lovely day. The sun was shining, I had lunch with a group of friends. My Real Estate Teacher finally decided to cover some chapters that didn’t involve math. Then I took a drive out to see my future desk at Home Town Reality. Which happens to be five minutes from the Salvation Army and in the same plaza as the adorable Italian market that my friends just opened. Its only a matter of time before I’m the best dressed and fed Real Estate person in town….oh yeah.

I spent yesterday afternoon taking pictures of items that need to be listed in the online store. While I was playing around in the storage closet I found a bunch of summer dresses that I must have misplaced in my move. So I had to wear one out to dinner…Even if it was a tad cold.

I’m currently obsessed with owning a Ashley Watson bag. Recycled fashions never looked this good. Ashley Watson handcrafts her one-of-a-kind leather bags, wallets and belts using only recycled materials from charity thrift stores, which is a wonderfully clever idea.
I love holidays, especially the ones that involve chocolate. I also love that my family doesn’t get all dressed up to have Easter diner.

Thursday is my favorite day of the week, because a 80’s Cover Band plays at the Rock Club that I bartend at…Which means I get to dress like its 1984 and not get crazy looks (OK, I still get a few crazy looks).
I had totally forgotten that I wanted this book until I came across this interview on the No good for me blog earlier today. Pretty sure I will be picking it up after my class tonight.
I wish I had stories of a glamorous weekend to report back to you. There is little time for champagne and caviar* between Real Estate School, little kids birthday party’s and cheering on Kyle’s bowling league. Thank heaven for cheap wine and vintage fur coats.
* I actually don’t like champagne or caviar.
