I created a Punky Style Network for Facebook. I hope you will join. Also, I just marked down a bunch of summer items in the Etsy store and the listed feather hair clips. Thanks for looking!

I made about 953646 feather hair clips while I was home sick this weekend. They are cuter then the urban outfitters ones and handmade which is always cooler. I was originally making them for our Baked Fresh booth. But I was thinking of putting some in the Etsy store too.
What do you guys think? Are you loving the feather trend or not?
P.S. I just found out that Oak will have a booth at the market on Sunday as well. I’m going to spend all my money there, I’m sure.

I picked up a handful of magazines yesterday in preparation of Sunday football. Amongst the ones I bought was Boho Magazine ( a new Eco friendly fashion mag). It was loaded with green information along with adorable, earth friendly clothes and accessories. Pick it up if you get the chance. Anyway, in that issue I read about a charity called Soles 4 Souls that provided shoes to the victims of the Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina, Which is a hugely wonderful idea, so I goggled the website to see if there was anything a girl with a vast shoe collection could do.
Here are my (or our options):
Donate Cash
Donations will enable them to continue to acquire and distribute thousands of pairs of desperately needed footwear every week.
Donate as a gift or in memory of…
Honor someone you love with a tribute or memorial donation to Soles4Souls.
Sponsor Shoes for Those in Need
Purchase shoes for someone in need around the world.
Host a Fundraising Event
Throw a party to raise funds for Soles4Souls. Have guests bring $5 and a pair of shoes as entry to your party or put together a 5K walk for your neighborhood or business.
Donate New or “Gently Worn” Footwear
Send them your shoes! Ship new or gently worn shoes to one of the warehouse facilities or drop them off at one of the participation locations.
Host a Shoe Drive
You can help sponsor a shoe drive by volunteering to collect and package shoes from your area.
I’m thinking a shoe drive could easily coincide with our next clothing swap. What do you think?

I had to pass this info along:

* Handbags
* Jewelry
* Art: ceramics, glass, pottery
* Art: paintings, sculpture, prints
* Home décor and accessories
I’m thinking of renting a booth, But I suppose I should see how I do at Baked Fresh first.
My hair dresser is really good at doing what ever she wants with my hair, which works for me because I’m way to busy to care about things like hair right now.
Baked Fresh is about a week and a half away and I’m having a hard time just thinking about having to part with half the vintage items I own (like this fringe jacket for example).

The banner I ordered for my Baked Fresh booth came in today. I love it, it’s precious. If you need a custom made banner for a birthday party or to welcome a new baby, check out Mary had a little party.
Her stuff is pretty much the cutest ever.
This week I’m obsessed with sequins, I want to put them on everything. I love shiny things. Does anyone else have these weekly mini obsessions? The kind were you can’t get an item of clothing off your mind and then next week that item is on the bottom of your closet floor.
My mom claims to have owned every vintage item I show up to her house wearing. I found some old pictures today, I think she may be right.
She will definitely get a kick out of this. She looks amazing in her’s, and as much as I love vintage jumpers they look very silly on me.

Yesterday we took a ride out to Wrights Dairy Farm to get some of their highly coveted coffee milk. Wrights is a working farm tucked perfectly into the gorgeous and historic town of North Smithfield, Rhode Island. They milk the cows and feed the baby’s while you are there. They also have the most amazing bakery. Every thing they make is pure delight. Lucky for me, I was on a pastry only diet yesterday.
