This weekend was the season opener for my mobile shop, Haberdash Vintage, and I was kinda excited it was in my home town. I love Boston, but StArt on the Street events are so much fun! It’s like having 500 of your friends at one big party. The city of Worcester comes out in full force and you end up talking to people that you grew up with and havent seen in 20 years and your best friends all at the same time. It’s just an amazing event that brings the community together!

If we are Twitter friends you probably already know we welcomed a new family member in to our home last week he’s furry and he cuddles almost as much as Penny. I’m excited to finally have a name for this little guy after a week of calling him Bummy Pants.

Also, I wanted to add a special thank you here for the businesses that were involved. Alexis Grace, Blackstone Vignettes, Provenance and The Architectural Garage. These shops are some of my favorite in Worcester and working with them reminds me why I love this city so much.

How was everyones weekend? Mine was filled with flower shops, family time, lunch dates, baby goats and puppies lots of lots puppies. Which is quickly becoming my favorite thing about spending time in the burbs. I think I am finally starting to understand that urge that people get to “settle down” I would LOVE to move away from the big city and spend all my time raising puppies, bunnies and little trailers.

My momma is not in to fashion, she doesn’t really like dogs, she has no idea what the interwebs is and if you asked her what I do for work she would say Trailer Swapping? She’s amazing.

Our last day in New Orleans was spent site seeing in the French Quarter. We ate, we drank, we ate and drank some more. It was such a lovely day. I fell in love with that city, and I cant wait to go back. Please excuse the 800 photos, everything was so colorful. I couldn’t help myself.
