I cant be the only person that does this, but as soon as I walk in the door, I have to take of all my jewelry (which lands all over the house as I walk around). Then I head straight for the yoga pants and comfy tank tops. I’m pretty much never dressed if im in the house. So today as I was cleaning up my trail of clothes and jewelry I left behind last night, I figured I would take some photos of my recent favorite jewels (that get left strung around the house most often).

Not jewels, but also in love with my Balenciaga (from The Closet), this pink biker jacket from F21 and my old vintage hat from Artifaktori.

We asked some of our friends to Seed Sponsor our Clothes Swap. What that means is, before the fist person even drops off their items…there will be handmade and designer items already in the swap just waiting for you Swappers to find them.

I think its kinda funny how quickly I can get obsessed with stuff it how easily it takes over all my thoughts or my Etsy favorite’s page for example. Can you tell what I’m obsessed with this week? I’m a crazy person.

This Vintage belt will hopefully be in my mailbox in time for Fashion Week. I haven’t decided what to wear yet. But I promise it will be all a vintage, I have to represent the Haberdash.

I got a new hat this weekend, I think every single one of my friends made fun of it. I also got a new shiny red tea pot…but no one made fun of that.

Once you quote Beyoncé there is a shortage of good songs about rings left.  But you can never go wrong with J.T. lyrics. I’ve noticed my ring collection has doubled in size over the last few months and thought I would share my new favorites. Anyone else have a addiction to rings?

Still wearing the crap out of silver and turquoise. I remember first falling in love with turquoise. It was at a flea market my mother would drag  me to in New Hampshire (because they served beer). The place was over flowing with silver jewelry and Nascar items. I’m glad I didn’t take a liking to both.

Pretty sure the cable company will understand if I purchase this ring with the payment that was meant for them. After all its their fault I am obbsessed with True Blood.

At StArt on the Street on Sunday I acquired what could possibly the coolest piece of handmade jewelry I have ever seen. I’ve been on a accessory kick lately(OK, maybe a shoe kick also). As Kate and I were walking around the market discussing how its hard to find really unique jewelry. We stumbled on to the Dragons Heart booth. This whimsical booth was filled with some of the coolest stuff I’ve seen all season. I grabbed this chain mail bracelet and claimed it as my own in about  0.2 seconds. I think the people running the booth thought I was a crazy person, I was mumbling about fashion week and Sass and Bide. Maybe some of you will understand my love for chain mail.

For years I have heard that Florida has the best vintage, yet every time I travel there I return empty handed. I thought it was just me, but Rhiannon had mentioned to me that she had the same experience. If any of you have some secret Florida vintage shopping  locations that us nonresidents are not aware of please spill it.

With exception to a few antique shops on Dearborn in  Olde Englewood and this amazing vintage jewelry booth inside the Dome Flea Market. Shopping was a bust.

Sunday’s Clothes Swap was a success! It was really exciting to spend the day with the talented and fabulous girl’s behind the Design Hive, Shoe String, MakeReady and Your Fairy Godshopper. I also had the pleasure of meeting fellow Blogger’s Liana and Thais. The snow didn’t scare away the Boston swapping crowd with about 150 attendees.
