I'll buy Clorox brand "green" cleaners when the other 99% of their toxic chemical cleaners are taken off the market. Bleach, anyone?

Why support a corporate monolith jumping on the "green" bandwagon when there are dozens of smaller companies who ONLY make non-toxoc cleaners?

Don't be fooled by anybody who talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Clorox actually does not test any of its products on its animals and I've tried the Greenworks products and they work great! Trader Joe's/Method/Ecover don't work nearly as well. I'm definitely sold!

thanks for the heads up! we've been using simple green for years but sometimes it just doesn't do the job. this would be a great alternative.

Method is fantastic cleaning products if you're looking for a green alternative. And as far as cleaning the toilette, a little baking soda or white vinegar goes a long way. Congrats on trying to be greener, I'm currently attempting the same.

I prefer method, but I don't think they have a toilet bowl cleaner. I'll have to check trader joes and see what they have...speaking of TJ's, Linnea was supposed to be reviewing their health and beauty products for my site this week. I hope she has time.

I think for the pricepoint there is Ecover.. Which runs in the 3-5 dollar range. You can get there products at Shaws & Whole Foods. Also go to there website www.ecover.com to sign up for coupons.. But yes for people loyal to a brand it is a much better alternative..

Your right, Clorox still does animal testing for their products with exception of the green line. But for people who remain loyal to the household brand, and would not otherwise try something new, I'm thinking this will be a better option.
