Off like a Prom Dress

I’m sure you have the most fabulous memories from your prom and I’m sure you have 676531456 photos to prove it! So why let your dress hang in your closet, when you could donate it and help another girl have a prom to remember. I’m guilty of it too, I’ve been holding on to my dresses for almost 10 years. But I really would love to be able to help another girl have a memorable prom. So I’m going to check with my little sister and cousin to see if they want any and then donate the rest.

Check out one of these sites to donate your dress:

Prom Spot

Operation Fairy Dust

Glass Slipper Project

If you live in the Central MA area and you would prefer to get some money for your dresses you can call:

Upscale Consign Mint
560 Lincoln St
(508) 852-2606
or
Unique Boutik
123 Highland St
(508) 791-2900

Even though high school wasn’t that long ago for me I always strayed away from traditional uber beaded/sequined/corset-y prom dresses. While everyone else was in something neon with a spiral curl updo I was rocking a betsey johnson knee-length dress with some minor clip-in extensions :) ah, prom. haha
