Busy day, I’m getting ready for the Design Hive market that is tomorrow, getting the house ready for trick or treaters and trying to decide on a costume for the Lucky Dogs Halloween party. Everyone brings their A- game to this party, But its really hard to bartend in a costume, I’m leaning towards Betsey Johnson or a 80’s prom queen.

We spent our Saturday in Plymouth, MA hanging out with family, thrifting and pretending to be tourist. I spent my summers in Plymouth growing up and Kyle has family there. It’s was nice to discover new things to love about a place I already had many fond memories of.

Oh, yeah and in typical sibling rivalry form, I had to get a hamster too, meet Sheldon:

I’m heading to Dennisport for a mini vacation. Blogging will commence full force Monday, my laptop should be back by then (fingers crossed). Now excuse me while I make room in my car for all the vintage goodies Cape Cod church sales have to offer.

Man this week flew by! I’m heading down the cape for the weekend. Kyle and his dad are building a house in Sandwich. I figured instead of having him fight Friday evening traffic to get to us, Emma and I would join him. It will be a much needed break from all the overtime we worked last weekend. I’m going to make a pit stop to H&M its been months since I’ve been in there (which was torture with all of the pictures of maxi dresses floating around). Our last weekend down the cape was kind of a bust because I was horribly ill and could barely get out of bed. I will try to make it up to them this weekend. We will eat, drink, sunbathe, make fun of boys wearing cargo shorts and popped collars, dance fight and sing karaoke until we have plenty of embarrassing pictures of each other to post on Myspace.

I’m all packed and ready for the beach, I cant wait to get some sun and shop at all those thrift stores that Mike never wants to stop at. This time I’m bringing Brooke with me for shopping reinforcement.
